Maybe you can press a special button to delete all messages, but it’s too hectic to do it manually. WhatsApp users can send disappearing messages on WhatsApp by enabling disappearing messages. The conditions for using this one feature are:

  • When a user activates this feature, the user can choose to lose the message after 24 hours, 7 days, or 90 days. Unless the message has been saved.
  • Users can activate this feature for multiple existing chats and new messages sent in the chat will disappear according to the selected duration. The current duration the user chooses controls new messages in the chat, not previous messages you sent or received.
  • Missing messages can be saved in the chat so that they are not lost.
  • Users can choose to enable this feature for all chats or specific chats, both individual and group.
  • This feature is available on both Android and iPhone devices, so all users can turn this feature on and off freely.

In individual or one-on-one chats, either person can enable or disable messages that can disappear at any time. In WhatsApp group chats, each participant can enable or disable this feature. However, the group admin can change the group settings so that only the admin can control the temporary disappearing message settings.

  • Step one, open your WhatsApp chat.
  • Then tap on the contact name of your choice.
  • Tap the Missing Messages feature, then click Continue.
  • You can choose the Off option.
  • Done.

Apart from chats, you can also apply this send disappearing messages feature to photos.
